Terms of Service

Maison & Co. - Premium Catering & Events

By engaging the services of Maison & Co, clients agree to the following terms and conditions governing event catering services, bookings and event execution.

Booking & Reservations

Event dates are confirmed only after the client signs the service agreement and submits the required retainer deposit.

Due to limited availability, Maison & Co operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Until the retainer is received, dates cannot be guaranteed.

Retainer & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date and begin planning.

Payment schedule typically includes:

• Retainer deposit at booking
• Interim payment (if applicable)
• Final balance due prior to the event date

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the client.

Menu Selection & Customization

Maison & Co offers curated menu options that may be customized to meet client preferences, dietary needs and event style.

Final menu selections must be confirmed within the timeline specified in the service agreement to allow proper preparation and sourcing.

Guest Count

The final guest count must be confirmed no later than the deadline stated in the contract.

Once confirmed, this number will be used for final billing and food preparation planning.

Event Changes

Any changes to menu selections, guest count or event details must be communicated as early as possible.

Maison & Co will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments, depending on timing and availability.

Cancellations

Retainer payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation policies, including any additional fees or payment obligations, will be outlined in the service agreement.

Service Scope

Maison & Co provides services including but not limited to:

• Catering and menu preparation
• Professional service staff
• Buffet and food presentation
• Beverage service (if contracted)
• Event coordination related to catering logistics

Additional services may be added based on client needs and availability.

Food Safety

Maison & Co follows professional food safety standards and best practices for preparation, storage and service.

For safety reasons, food served at the event cannot be guaranteed once it leaves our control.

Liability

Maison & Co is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Venue limitations
• Vendor delays
• Weather conditions
• Unexpected disruptions affecting event logistics

Our team will make every effort to mitigate issues and ensure the best possible outcome.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

• Event location
• Venue requirements
• Guest count
• Dietary restrictions

Timely communication ensures proper planning and successful execution.

Agreement

By booking services with Maison & Co, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
